Precitec cutting head - exclusive
The Precitec Head created exclusively for the Fiber PRIME series, is built from the ground up for high power applications, thanks to features like Integrated Gas mixing and Focus compensation.
Customizable Modular Bed
The segmented bridge and rail design, combined with an independent cutting table, handles materials up to 4" thick without compromising laser performance. Process multiple sheets on a continuous or separated bed for safety, with an optional "lights out" mode for uninterrupted production.
Dust Removal System
A left side blower and right-side exhaust fan work together to remove smoke and dust during cutting, directing it to the dust collector for a cleaner and safer workspace.
BEVEL CUTTING HEAD
The Machitech Bevel Head enables the creation of complex bevel cuts, including V, X, Y, K, and custom angles, in a single operation. It is ideal for industries requiring intricate edge preparation or for replacing current plasma tables with 5-axis capabilities.
Built For Dynamic Performance
The reinforced crossbeam and advanced manufacturing ensure exceptional dynamic performance, accuracy, and stability during operation. With linear axis speeds up to 110 m/min and acceleration between 0.8–1.1 G, the machine delivers rapid, precise cutting.

The Fiber PRIME XL is equipped with three laser radars, ensuring comprehensive safety with precise environmental detection. These radars enhance protection during operation and function as an advanced obstacle avoidance system.
