- Maverick MV: The cost effective, high performance entry level table. It features a precision machined 6x6 aluminum gantry and is optimized for shops moving into automated production.
- Silver Cut: A compact high definition system. It utilizes a robust steel gantry and is specifically engineered to house the Hypertherm XPR170, offering a small footprint without sacrificing edge quality.
- Gold Cut: A dependable gantry and rail system designed for bridge and rail plate processing at a competitive price point.
- Diamond Cut: A unitized, high precision table. Known for its high speed motion and stability, it can handle 5 axis beveling and traverse speeds up to 3,500 IPM.
- Platinum Cut: The ultimate multi process machine. This heavy duty bridge and rail system is fully customizable, supporting multiple plasma torches, up to 8 oxyfuel stations, and an optional 20HP drill.
- Titanium Cut: The flagship for heavy machining. It combines high precision plasma cutting with a 50HP spindle for drilling, milling, and tapping, making it a favorite for shipbuilders and structural steel service centers.
Fiber Laser Cutting Systems
The Fiber PRIME series represents a significant shift toward high power, large format laser cutting, utilizing the most advanced resonator technology available.
- Fiber PRIME: The versatile standard for fiber laser production. It provides exceptional speed and precision for sheet metal fabrication, offering a balanced solution for shops requiring high throughput and low operating costs.
- Fiber PRIME S: The high power laser powerhouse, offering up to 60kW of power and 4G acceleration. It is designed to cut holes smaller than the material thickness (1:4 ratio) and handle oxidized or rusty plate with ease.
- Fiber PRIME XL: Engineered for massive scale production with bed lengths reaching up to 160 feet.
- Fiber TUBE XL: A specialized laser solution for 3D profiles and tubes ranging from 0.8" to 25" in diameter.
Robotic and Pipe Processing

- Beamcut: A 6 axis robotic plasma system that replaces entire production lines. It automates measuring, cutting, and marking for beams, channels, and angles.
- Pipe Cut / Pipe Cut XL: Fully automated pipe processing systems for diameters up to 48". They feature a patented floating chuck system and integrated PypeServer software for seamless BIM/CAD integration.
